Corporate Sponsorship Levels
Elkdog Medicine, Inc. offers five Corporate Sponsorship packages that may be given as a one-time gift, recurring annual gift, or donated in smaller monthly gifts. Your tax deductible corporate gift will have a tremendous impact on our small rescue and allow us to continue growing and doing what our volunteers have been called to do.
Diamond Sponsor - $5,000 annual
- Placement of a full-page full-color ad of your design included in our quarterly, digital newsletters (four issues) in 2023
- Provide a vinyl banner for your company to the rescue (approx. 3 ft x 6 ft) to be displayed on entry fence to ranch during 2023 public hosted events (minimum of 2 events will be held)
- Company Logo to be included on a vinyl Elkdog Medicine, Inc. banner (4 ft x 8 ft banner – logo size dependent on number of corporate sponsors and sponsorship level) to be displayed on interior yard fence at walk-thru gate during 2023 public hosted events (minimum of 2 events will be held)
- Inclusion of your logo (small) on our monthly digital calendar designs (12 months) for computer desktops made available on Facebook
- Mention in our monthly Facebook Sponsorship “Diamond Sponsors - Thank you” post on the 5th of every month during sponsorship year, for 12 months from giving day
- Receive a prominent listing on our website elkdogmedicine.com, to include your logo, 100 word descriptive paragraph of your company’s activities, sponsorship level, contact information, and a link to your company website for 12 months from giving day
- Limited release to use Elkdog Medicine, Inc. name and logo within your public relations materials for giving year
Platinum Sponsor - $2,500 annual
- Placement of a half-page full-color ad of your design included in our quarterly, digital newsletters (four issues) in 2023
- Provide a vinyl banner for your company to the rescue (approx. 2 ft x 4 ft) to be displayed on entry fence to ranch during 2023 public hosted events (minimum of 2 events will be held)

Gold Sponsor - $1,000 annual
- Placement of a quarter-page full-color ad of your design included in our next quarterly, digital newsletter (one issue) in 2023
- Company Logo to be included on a vinyl Elkdog Medicine, Inc. banner (4 ft x 8 ft banner – logo size dependent on number of corporate sponsors and sponsorship level) to be displayed on interior yard fence at walk-thru gate during 2023 public hosted events (minimum of 2 events will be held)

- Company Logo to be included on a vinyl Elkdog Medicine, Inc. banner (4 ft x 8 ft banner – logo size dependent on number of corporate sponsors and sponsorship level) to be displayed on interior yard fence at walk-thru gate during 2023 public hosted events (minimum of 2 events will be held)

- Limited release to use Elkdog Medicine, Inc. name and logo within your public relations materials for giving year
Equine Sponsor - $1,800/year or $150/month – Sponsor a specific horse at the rescue with a 12 month recurring gift of $150, to cover his/her basic needs for the year. Schedule one photo shoot with our volunteer photographer and your sponsored horse and receive five digital, print quality, pictures for your use. Include up to two friends or coworkers. Tasteful props allowed.

Monetary Donations
All donation proceeds are tax deductible for our donors and will go directly to the care and well-being of the animals living at ELKDOG medicine Ranch.

Donations are used for feed and supplements, hay, straw, shavings, hygiene products, pest control, medicine, veterinary care, dental procedures, body balancing services, transportation, fuel, rehabilitation devices, safety and enrichment equipment, routine maintenance of grounds, fencing and shelter improvements, office supplies, general upkeep of facility. We have no paid employees but occasionally we do need to hire contractors or other professionals for specialty services.

Effective 5/23/2018, ELKDOG medicine Ranch is recognized as a certified Kansas non-profit corporation, which means that all monetary donations are tax deductions for our donors. Your generous gift will always be placed in direct support of the resident animals.

If you would like to volunteer at ELKDOG medicine Ranch instead of donating, please call Terri Birch at 918-408-8141 for a volunteer application to be emailed to you. We try to match our volunteers with their unique experience and interests from riding and caring for the horses to assisting with running fence (see pictures below).
